Strength Coaching
Most programs start with the workout.
I start with what's limiting you —
because you can't build
depth on a restriction.
Build strength
you can draw from.
Who it's for:
People who want to get stronger and move better and are tired of guessing whether they're doing the right thing.
Cyclists who've Figured out that more riding isn't making them faster anymore.
Anyone who wants something left at hour four — and at seventy.
What you walk away with:
A strength reserve you can draw on — on the bike, at work, and thirty years from now. Technique that holds when you're tired, not just when you're fresh.
Start here — $110
One focused hour. I assess how you move and what you're capable of — mobility, strength, control, endurance — and we get specific about what you're training for.
The reason to start here is simple: there's no point adding load on top of a restriction. Find the limiter, address it, then build.
You leave with honest feedback and a plan you can start that week.

Keep going
$110 per session · $500 for a 5-pack ($100 per session)
Each session pairs targeted warm-ups, strength work, and mobility chosen for where you are that day. We check your progress, handle whatever's new, and update the plan as you go.
Reserve doesn't get built in one session. It accumulates. The 5-pack exists because consistency is the variable that actually moves anything — and because it's a better rate.

Kettlebells
One implement, minimal space requirements, real strength and conditioning in less time. Your training travels with it — so the work doesn't stop the week you're away from the gym.
Coached well, it's one of the most efficient tools there is. Coached poorly, it's a fast way to annoy a back. I'll catch what's off in your hinge, get-up, or overhead position before it turns into a problem.
New to kettlebells, or stuck on technique that's plateaued or started nagging? Say so when you book.
Train remotely
Maybe you're not in Asheville. Maybe you are, but a standing appointment doesn't fit your week. Maybe you've got somewhere to train that you like and what's missing is the plan.
I write and deliver individualized programs remotely, with exercise demonstrations, video review, and regular check-ins. Workouts come through the TrueCoach app.
The plan adjusts when your schedule does — which is how your progress survives a busy stretch instead of stopping cold.

Train at home
I bring the session to you. Same coaching, no commute, built around the equipment you already own.
Starting at $150 per session. Limited availability.

Why me
NASM-certified personal trainer. RKC kettlebell instructor. Professional Bike Fit certification from the Institute for Clinical Excellence. Over a decade coaching movement, and in the bike industry since 2006.
I'm also a licensed physical therapist assistant. That clinical training and practice is where I learned to read how a body moves, and it shapes how I coach and how I fit bikes.
Coaching and bike fitting are not physical therapy. I don't provide physical therapy services through Reservoir Strength, and I don't diagnose or treat injuries. If what I see suggests you need medical care, I'll tell you and point you toward someone who can help.
Where
In-person sessions at [SHOP]. I also see clients at Movement For Life Physical Therapy in Candler.
