We’re heading back to Lark Fitness in Greensboro, NC for a kettlebell workshop doubleheader!
Part 1 is an introduction to the fundamentals. We’ll use presses, pulls, deadlifts and squats to work up to the kettlebell swing. No experience required!
Part 2 takes the ballistic hinging skills we’ve gained through the kettlebell swing and progresses them to cleans, snatches, and double kettlebell work. We will also cover the turkish get up — your new favorite mobility tool.
