In this 1-hour session, we’ll look at how you move and what you’re capable of—checking your endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and overall strength. We’ll talk about your goals and create an actionable plan to start working toward them. You’ll get friendly, honest feedback and easy next steps, so you know how to begin moving toward your goals.

Fitness Follow-up
$85 / 55 minute session

In each follow-up session, I’ll lead you through thoughtfully selected warm-ups, targeted strength exercises, and effective mobility routines based on your evolving needs and goals. Together, we’ll check in on your progress, address any new challenges, and update your plan to keep you building momentum—helping you move with confidence and stay on track toward your goals.

Kettlebell Coaching
$85 single session / $80 when purchased as a 5-pack
Get stronger, move better, and enjoy the versatility of kettlebell training wherever it suits you—at the clinic, in your home, or out in the park. Kettlebells offer a powerful way to get more work done in less time, using just one piece of equipment. Each session is designed to fit your skills and goals, with practical instruction and straightforward exercises that build strength, power, and resilience. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to refine your technique, I’ll guide you through movements that challenge you and help you progress, all in a way that’s flexible and convenient for your lifestyle.
In-Home Training
I offer convenient in-home training sessions for individuals or small groups, tailored to your needs and schedule. Pricing is $85 per hour for 1 person (+$40/hr per additional), with travel time billed in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate—available based on your location and my availability. Get professional coaching right where you are, for the ultimate in comfort and flexibility.
Remote exercise programming
Starting at $125/month
I offer remote exercise programming customized to your individual goals, delivered directly through the TrueCoach app. You’ll receive detailed workouts complete with video demonstrations for each exercise, making it easy to follow and learn proper technique. We’ll stay connected with regular check-ins and feedback to ensure your program evolves with your progress, keeping you motivated and on track every step of the way. This approach gives you expert guidance and support—no matter where you are.
Bike Fitting
$250
My bike fitting process is shaped by years of experience in physical therapy and movement coaching, combined with my Professional Bike Fit certification from the Institute For Clinical Excellence. I begin by checking your mobility and strength to see how your body moves off the bike, because getting comfortable and strong on your bike starts with your body.
During your session, I will use both static positional measurements and dynamic video review to evaluate your position, pedaling mechanics, and alignment on the bike. You’ll receive detailed feedback as well as personalized exercises or stretches to enhance your riding experience. Since your body needs time to adapt, we’ll book a follow-up session 4–6 weeks later to fine-tune your setup.

Running gait analysis
Experience a Running Gait Analysis session designed to support your journey as a runner. Through detailed video analysis, we’ll explore your unique movement patterns and highlight opportunities for growth in your stride and mechanics.
Alongside classic gait drills, I offer straightforward strength and mobility routines to help you become more resilient and confident on your runs. This holistic approach is meant to add extra value—giving you practical tools to optimize your form, recover well, and enjoy every mile. Whether you’re returning from injury or working toward new goals, you’ll leave with a positive, actionable path toward making yourself a more durable runner.
